I was following Planet Hugill reviews of music in London long before I knew what a blog was. I sometimes printed Planet Hugill reviews out at home, invaluable as a vivid and judicious recollection of performances I'd attended myself - and stapled them into my ever-expanding cultural diary. (A combination of lack of space and lockdown brought my hard-copy diary to an end in March 2020).
